The TPL Birdy WP Pager Plastic Holster is included as a standard accessory with each intrinsically-safe version Birdy WP ATEX POCSAG pager. The POCSAG and FLEX version Birdy WP pagers have a standard belt clip instead, but the Plastic Holster is still available as an optional accessory for these pagers. The clear plastic material allows a user to read a message while the pager is still securely in the holster. An integrated belt clip allows the user to easily remove the holster and pager to view messages in a different way.
The Unication Alphanumeric line of pagers includes a holster and alkaline battery as standard pieces of the pager package. If lost or damaged, the holster can be re-ordered individually. Made of durable polycarbonate material, the holster has a semi-transparent smoke-black color and integrated belt clip. The holster’s transparency allows the user to read messages without removing the pager from the holster if that method is preferred. The holster is also designed for quick removal of the pager from the holster to read messages. Along with being an attractive accessory for all Unication alphanumeric pagers, the holster also protects the pager from scratches and general damage. The holster can be used interchangeably with any of the Unication alphanumeric pagers.
The UniMax Alert and Ring Tone Amplifier is designed to alert a pager or cell phone user to an emergency situation when not wearing their device or possibly asleep. The Amplifier has no electrical contacts, but is activated by sensing the audio alert of the pager or cell phone it is holding. The UniMax features 10 different audible alert tones that can be selected from a front panel pushbutton knob. A large red flashing LED serves as a visual alert when a call is received and will keep flashing as a reminder until reset. Once alerted, the UniMax’s alert tone volume will increase incrementally for 30 seconds until maximum volume is reached. The alert tone duration can be set to 1 minute, 3 minutes or continuous alerting through a 4-step slide switch. A mute position is also available.
The USAlert Alpha 2 Pager Holster with integrated belt clip comes standard as part of the Alpha 2 Pager package, but individual replacement holsters are available if the original unit is ever damaged or lost. Made of rugged and durable polycarbonate material, the Alpha 2 Holster has a semi-transparent smoke-black color that makes an attractive combination with the black housing of the Alpha 2 Pager. Messages can be read through the transparent face of the holster or the pager can be easily removed from the holster if that method of reading messages is preferred. The holster is a common design and can be used interchangeably with the USAlert Alpha 2 and Alpha 4 pagers.
The USAlert Alpha 2 Pager Programmer includes a programming fixture with the label “UB-25”, a standard USB cable, and Alpha 2 programming software. The programming software for the Alpha 2 is also used for programming the USAlert NP35 and NP40 numeric pagers. Pager selection in the programming software is determined by designations for the Alpha 2 (J25), NP35 (J8) and NP40 (J7) pagers.
The USAlert WatchDog Pager Belt Clip is a detachable part of the WatchDog Pager housing. Made of the same rugged polycarbonate material as the WatchDog Pager, the Belt Clip is designed for quick and easy removal of the pager from a belt when receiving or playing back messages. Individual replacement Belt Clips can be ordered if the original is ever damaged or lost. Since the Belt Clip is detachable, there is no need to send the entire pager back for repair.
The USAlert WatchDog Pager Battery Charger can charge two sets of three NiMH (Nickel Metal Hydride) batteries at the same time. One set can be installed and charged in a WatchDog Pager and another set can be charged in the spare battery compartment at the rear of the Battery Charger. The WatchDog Battery Charger is both a smart charger that detects battery levels and adjusts the charging rate accordingly, as well as a rapid charger that gets a fully discharged set of batteries back to an operational level in a minimum amount of time. The typical battery recharge time is about 2 hours for a moderately discharged set of three. For completely discharged batteries, recharge time should be about 3-4 hours. If a set of batteries is being charged while installed in a WatchDog Pager and the pager is turned on, the pager will still draw a small amount of current and the charging time will be slightly increased. The WatchDog Battery Charger is compatible with both USAlert WatchDog and WatchDog LT pagers.
The USAlert WatchDog Charger with Antenna is designed to be used in situations where the WatchDog Pager is charging but may need additional signal strength to alert the pager. The WatchDog Charger with Antenna is the same device as a standard WatchDog Charger, but has a BNC connector built into the back of the housing for attaching a cable to an external antenna. The paging signal is then routed from the antenna to the charging WatchDog Pager. The Charger with Antenna is compatible with both USAlert WatchDog and WatchDog LT Pagers.
The USAlert WatchDog Pager Leather Carrying Case is a stylish yet rugged option for wearing a WatchDog pager. A flexible bungee-type cord with two metal fasteners can be looped over a belt and attached to the back of the case. The Leather Carrying Case has an open top design that allows easy user access to the WatchDog’s control knobs and monitor button while holding the pager securely in place. If incoming message information needs to be read or previous messages recalled, the WatchDog pager can also be easily removed from the Leather Carrying Case for those message handling situations. An array of holes on the front side of the case correspond to the speaker position of the pager and allows loud and clear audio to be heard without having to remove the pager from the case.
The USAlert WatchDog LT Pager Belt Clip is a standard piece of the LT pager. Made of the same durable polycarbonate material as the housing, the Belt Clip is designed to attach securely to a belt and also allow the pager to be quickly and easily removed from the belt when receiving a message. With the inherent twisting and pulling forces the Belt Clip must handle, it will sometimes become damaged and need to be replaced. The detachable Belt Clip can be removed from the pager and a replacement ordered, no need to send back the entire pager for repair.
The USAlert WatchDog LT Pager Battery Charger is built to recharge both a WatchDog LT Pager and a spare set of three NiMH (Nickel Metal Hydride) batteries, either separately or together. The LT Battery Charger is both a rapid charger and a smart charger, being able to detect voltage levels and adjust the charging rate accordingly. Rapid charging from a completely discharged state should take about 3-4 hours. A typical recharge time for moderately discharged batteries is about 2 hours. If the WatchDog LT Pager remains in service and is powered on while charging, the recharge time will be slightly longer due to current being drawn by the pager. USAlert WatchDog and WatchDog LT Pagers are both compatible with the LT Battery Charger.
